
Andrei Crișan earned a BA in English and German, and an MA in Medieval Philosophy from the ‘Babeș-Bolyai’ University of Cluj.
Research interests
Andrei Crișan wrote a BA dissertation entitled “Conquering the Angelcynn: A Discussion of Anglo-Saxon Identity, Heroic Vocabulary and Germanic Ideals”, and an MA thesis on Wulfstan’s Institutes of Polity, which he also translated into Romanian.
In 2020-2021, he attended the European Diploma of Medieval Studies (DEEM), organised in Rome by the Fédération Internationale des Instituts d’Études Médiévales (FIDEM).
Andrei is also a member of the FRAGMED project.
Andrei is currently writing a PhD on Cambridge, Corpus Christi College MS 201.
